How do I return an order? 

Please email me at wormfoodservice@gmail.com and I can start the refund process for you! 

It’s taking a long time for my order to arrive.

Processing usually days 1-3 days since I print and make everything by hand. Once the package is on the way, though (ie. USPS, UPS, etc.), there’s nothing I can do regarding delivery. Feel free to email me for updates. 

I got some extra things, but they look a bit rough... 

Any extra freebie stickers sent out with orders are B grades but still usable! I like to give these away as an extra thank you. I make these myself, so not all of them end up perfect (bubbles, scuffs, etc.), which is why they are free.

Cancellations

Request a cancellation: within 2 days of purchase.
